AI will or might help to listen and perhaps even talk to others, even other species

AI / Artificial intelligence in communications is becoming increasingly important. It is changing the way people exchange information and – whether we like it or not – is leading us into a new era.

AI in communication is one of the most important developments. It enables machines, digital counterparts to conduct human conversations. This can be very useful on so many ways and stages, and most of all for companies, as it allows them to save on standard communication and for instance customer service.

But business and technology and business is only one side of the coin. We as human part, the users, must also develop and accept it - learn to deal and value it  - value it in the 'right' way and context - it's all about human and user experience - if we want to make effective use of the opportunities privately or professionally we have to develop with AI.
After all, technology is only a means to an end. It provides tools for practical applications and gives impulses and stimuluses and give us opportunities and ideas to make current use cases more efficient and productive. But without the cognitive abilities of humans, any technology remains soulless and interchangeable.

AI in communication is also interesting for private individuals and offers a new way to play with exchanges.
And AI will or might help to listen and perhaps even talk to all of earth's species, animals and plants.

In the future, its importance will continue to grow and it will make many things possible that still seem unimaginable today. However, AI in communication is far from perfect today - but it has only just started.
Nevertheless, AI in communication is already an exciting technology with a lot of potential. In the future, it will certainly continue to improve and even more people will be able to use it. On the other hand we’ve seen how technology can be applied for good, but we must also guard against its unintended consequences. It is the time to examine how we, how everyone think, design, create and build AI responsibly and avoid a race to 'what-is-possible'. I firmly believe that requires everyone - the society, economy, private and public sectors to take action and make our minds what is possible and what we want. And from time to time - from development step to development step we should or we must take a deep breath and think - focus not only on making AI based on what we can do but even more what is OK to do and more successful and even more also on the benefit of humanity and how we want to live and work together as beings.
Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Deep Learning are amazing tool and ways to communicate. In and of itself, none is good or bad - They are solutions and tools and it's up to us what we will make out of them.
