UX Design - Not One-man Show (

15 years ago I wrote my first article about what User Experience (UX) Design. My understanding of UX and in most parts it is still that way.

User experience, Customer Experience, or Human Centered Design are the mindset and process teams have to have to create products, applications, and services that provide meaningful and relevant experiences to users.
It involves the design of the entire process of acquiring and integrating the product, including aspects of existing and future flows, how people want to, need to interact, the functions and actions, data and information, branding, design, usability and whatever make the story and interactions complet and useful.

We as teams have to consider the Why, What and How of product use. Starting with the Why before determining the What and then, finally, the How to create products that users can form meaningful experiences with.
